All Classes open to Horses and Poni
1. Insurance: it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to insure all property and livestock on the showground or elsewhere which is his/her own, or for which he/she is responsible, including public liability insurance.
2. Dogs are permitted on the showground but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clean up after your dog. Note: No dogs allowed in any Arena/Collecting Ring. Dog walking is not allowed on runway to paddocks
3. Please do not muck your trailer or horsebox out on the showground. Please clear up all droppings around your trailer/ horsebox area along with any hay or any other litter. There are bins around the site.
4. No horse should be left unattended.
5. No sitting/standing on any fencing, our arena fencing is newly replaced please repect it
6. The show organizers have taken all responsible precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. The show organizers will not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident, to any person, horse or property however caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions
. 7. Entry fees are non-refundable after close of entries, prior to close of entries refunds will be offered when a vet/doctor's certificate is provided.
8.The Judge’s decision is final.
9. Hard hats to current BS EN 1384, PAS 015 or ASTM F1163 must be worn & correctly secured whilst mounted. Riding Boots must be worn when mounted
10. In the event of any rider travelling to a show on their own, details of a contact should be left with the secretary in case of an accident.
11. It is a condition of entry that ALL competitors and associates agree to abide by Fenning Farm's courtesies
12. All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
13. All horses competing at Fenning Farm should be up to date with their vaccinations,
