Show Information
IBRC members will have priority entry for 7 days once the schedule is opened, after 7 days non-members can enter. You will be required to submit your membership number on entry.
If you are not a IBRC member and you enter within the 7 days, your entry could be withdrawn, a refund will be issued but minus the booking fee.

Payment Details & Event Fees
You can enter securely via our online booking service with My Riding Life.
Payment and bookings come directly to IBRC.
Member rate £15.00 per class.
Non-member rate £17.00 per class.

Special Classes
Classes split junior/senior; rosettes from 1st place to 6th place. Classes are capped at 12 per section.
League points will be awarded to IBRC members only. League rules apply.

Refreshments:
Bay & Grey cafe will be open for refreshments.

Withdrawals/Refunds
You may cancel or transfer your entry and receive a full refund up until the day before riding times are published. Any cancelled entry after this time will be refunded if the entry can be filled or upon receipt of a doctor or vets certificate. If there is no waitlist or the place cannot be filled the entry fee will not be refunded. Please note if a refund is given it will be minus any booking and PayPal fees.

Terms & Conditions
IBRC takes the health & safety of our members seriously. Whilst we understand that there will always be some risk involved with equestrian activities, we must reduce injuries as far as we can. Should a rider fall off under no circumstances can they re-mount at this event.

IBRC cannot be held liable to any loss or damage to equipment.

The lorry park gate is not marshalled and must be closed at all times. Horses/ponies are not to be tied to horsebox/trailer and left unattended in the parking area.

Please tidy up after your horse/ponies, hay and droppings.

There is no gate steward so arena door will remain open at all times, if you wish to have the doors closed, your entry will be listed as HC.

We run under British Dressage rules and the judges’ decision is final. Riders hat to the correct standards and correct foot/leg attire. Gloves are mandatory but can be any colour. Please ensure tack is correct and legal to BD & BRC standard.
