The warm up will be in the Indoor Arena with the competition held in the Outdoor Arena.
Run under BD Rules. Entries close 16th April COVID RULES • No Spectators are allowed during this time.
• Senior Competitors may be accompanied by only one other person and one additional person for every additional horse entered. • Youth and Para competitors may bring two people and one additional person for every additional horse entered. • The parking attendant will park you with the social distancing regulations and no horses are to be left and tied up outside lorries/trailers. • It is extremely important social distancing is to be practiced at all times. • The warm up will be held in the indoor arena. Numbers in the warm up are limited to 6 people at any one time and this includes the steward. No grooms are allowed in the warm up and no gathering at the entrance. • We will not have anyone available to call your tests during these times. If this is something you may need help with please ensure your one ‘companion’ will be able to do so. • After competing you will not be allowed back into the warm up to cool down. Please return to designated parking area to untack and load up prior to leaving the show • No prize-giving will take place on the day and there will not be a score board showing results. Results will be posted online immediately after scoring has been completed • Test sheets can now be picked up once scoring has been completed after each class. Please allow 20 minutes approx. after each class for scoring before asking for your sheet. Please leave or post to us a SAE if you would like your sheet posted. • Prize money will be paid via bacs or back onto your card via MRL. • The secretary’s office will be closed on the day but we will be available help with any queries! • Toilets – There will be one WC accessible on the day. The outside blue door has now become the main toilet door and only one person is allowed at one time. Please lock this door behind yourself and if WC is in use please form a socially distanced queue. • Hand sanitisers are located on site – outside the main toilet door for use on entering and exiting, entrance to the indoor school and entrance to the outdoor arena.

We do not accept cash entries or email entries.
Payment is secure and it goes directly Parwood EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Late entries £5.00 extra per class.
Stabling Information: Yes
Please email bookings@parwood.co.uk to book stabling and hook ups. £15.00 for half a day, 08.00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00 £30.00 full day, 08:00-17:00 £40.00 24 hours, arrival from 17.00 and to 17.00 the next day. ALL STABLES TO BE CLEARED OF SHAVINGS ON DEPARTURE-A SURCHARGE OF £10:00 IF STABLE IS NOT CLEARED HOOK UP £30.00 PER NIGHT SHAVINGS £8.50 PER BALE
For withdrawals, please contact the organiser. No refunds after close of entries.
The organisers or Proprietors will not accept any liability for any accident, damage or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators or other persons or their property whatsoever and howsoever caused. It shall be a condition of entry that each entrant shall indemnify the organisers and their respective officials, servants, representatives and agents against any legal action or claim arising in connection with the event.
