1.
1. Box and trailer parking is in the field opposite Snowball Farm. There is ample parking. Please do not park in the Riding School Car Park.
2. Correctly fitting hard hat manufactured to one of the minimum current standards (PAS 015 (2011) and VG1 with a kitemark, ASTM F1163: 2004a onwards with an SEI mark, SNELL E2016 with a SNELL label and number, AS/NZS 3838, from 2006 onwards with SAI global mark) with a three-point linkage properly adjusted and fastened, must be worn at all times when mounted at Snowball Farm.No stallions except by permission and no horses under 5 years of age.
3. Warm-Up Areas: no-one on foot allowed in warm-up areas. No lungeing/leading in all-weather warm-up arena. Competitors must leave the warm-up areas immediately if asked to do so by a steward/official.
4. The organisers will not be held responsible for any accident, loss or injury to any person or their property however this may be caused.
5. Dressage will be run in accordance to the current British Dressage Rule Book.
6. Quest Classes: All Riders must have a minimum of a Quest Club membership or any other paid up British Dressage membership. All horses must have a minimum of Associate Horse Registration – this can be done online.
Quest classes are run under British Dressage rules with regard to tack, but riders may wear Team colours.
Riders may compete in any region; their points will be given to their own Regional Leader Board.
7. Quest Teams: minimum 3 members, maximum 4. Team name must be registered with BD and have a nominated Team captain. A Team may only be represented once per competition day.
8. RoR: Competitors must bring their performance sheets to the Secretary for signing on the day of competition. For more information see www.ror.org.uk
9. UK Riders: Qualifier classes from January – August. Competitors must bring their forms to the Secretary for signing on the day of competition. For more information see www.ukridersequestrianevents.co.uk
10. Sunshine Tour : Qualifier classes from January to July. 1st – 4th qualify. TEAM QUEST CLASSES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

12. NPS Qualifiers are unaffiliated classes in which P7 and N24 tests are run. For more information see www.nationalponysociety.com
13. Trailblazers: Once a competitor has qualified at a First Round Qualifier, they may purchase a Dressage Qualification Card from the Venue at which they qualified. The rider should then send the Dressage Qualification Card to the Trailblazers Show Secretary and will be sent a Second Round Qualification Form. The rider may compete at as many second round qualifiers as they wish. Once qualified the rider must ensure the show secretary for the event at which they qualified signs the form and then it must be returned to the Trailblazers Show Secretary to register the qualification. The qualifying period for dressage first rounds for each Championship Final is from 1 September the previous year until 30 June in the year of the Championship Final. Competitor need a presentation score of 58% or over in a Trailblazers First Round to Qualify for the Trailblazers Second Rounds. 14. Permitted Bits – you may be eliminated from the Dressage if your bit does not comply with those specified in the BD Rule Book. Please make yourself aware of these rules.

16. The judges’ and organisers’ decision is final. Any objection must be made in writing with a £25 deposit, which is returnable if the objection is upheld.
17. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, add, or amend any of the competitions as they see fit.
18. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any class for whatever reason they deem necessary.
19. Neither Snowball Farm Equestrian Centre, nor any of their representatives or Staff shall be in any way be liable for any accident, injury, damage or loss whatsoever caused to anyone, whether competing, servant, spectator, horse or horse vehicle or property, however caused in connection with or arising out of the show.
20. Dogs must be kept on non-extendable leads and under control.
21. Please keep horses well away from the riding school.
22. Spectators are welcome but please keep children under close supervision and park in the horse box/trailer park and not in the farm car park.
23. Health & Safety – reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure the Health and Safety of those present. For these measures to be effective all Competitors and/or Spectators must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all the Officials.
