Entries will close at Midday on Monday 10th February, strictly no refunds after this point.

Any withdrawals made before Midday on 10th February will recieve a full refund minus a £5 admin fee.

No responsibility can be taken by the organisers for any accident or damage to competitors, attendants, animals, spectators, or their property, or vehicles of any description. By entering this competition, the exhibitor of any horse or pony accepts that Bicton Arena, the organiser or any of the officers of the show will not be held responsible or accountable for anything that may happen from any cause or circumstance whatsoever to any persons, exhibitors or their servants or to any animal or article or property brought into the show ground.The judge’s decision is final.
All show jumping heights are approximate
Hats to current British Safety Standard must be worn when mounted. Back protectors are advised. 
All competitors take part at their own risk and are expected to exercise due care at all times and obey all notices placed for their control.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse entry and to cancel a class.
No lungeing.
Warm up in designated area only.
Please pick up your muck before leaving.
No horse/pony under 4 years of age may compete.
Any complaints must be made to the secretary, in writing and within 10 minutes of the class finishing along with a fee of £10.
Practice fences must be jumped in the correct way as flagged and also must not be higher then the class being jumped.
