£200pp members, £75 deposit payable to secure your space please follow the link, balance to be paid by 31^st March.  Deposit non refundable if space cannot be filled.  

No refunds on full camp without a vet or doctors certificate or the space can filled

Camp Arrival 

●      PLEASE feel free to arrive any point from 4.30pm onwards on Friday stables will be set up with straw beds, if you require shavings you will need to bring your own

●      Please bring your own hay, feed, buckets and mucking out equipment

Camp set up will be in the field - horseboxes and trailers can be parked in the equine car park at BCA. 

Catering - this is a self catering camp.
