What does the term rider biomechanics mean, how do we start assessing rider biomechanics as a rider and or coach, what are the benifits to us and our horses?
9th December - Performance Midset applied sports psycology
How can we improve and been consistant in our performance, what is a performance mindset, what is applied sports psycology, what tools and stratergies can I apply to my life to improve my rding performance? We will discuss breath work, resilience, tools, goal setting and reflective practices.
6th January - Conformation
What is equine conformation, how can I start assessing equine conformation, what is the importance of good equine conformation for breeding, equine ridden longetvity and sports performance, static and dynamactic conformation will be discussed
3rd February - Q & A
This session will have no set topic but will be an open question and answer session for all those in attendance - question can be sent in ahead of the zoom meeting for those who can not attend or dont feel comfortable on zoom
